Ms. Lamaster-3rd grade
I little about myself:
Before I began my teaching career I worked for Cummins Engine as a scheduler. After 10 years in business, I decided I really wanted to be a teacher so I went back to school, received my masters and undergraduate
degree in education from Indiana University.
I have two amazing children, Crystal and Spencer. I also have 4 grandchildren who keep life very exciting. Tyson, the oldest starts 3rd grade this year. It is fun to hear him talk about school through the eyes of a 8 year old. Eden just turned 7 and is excited about being in 2nd grade, Emerson Rose is 3 and wants to absolutely everything all by herself. The latest addition to the family is Jaxon. He is 2 and busy getting into everything.
I enjoy playing tennis, running, and cycling. For me, everything exciting and fun revolves around food. I love to travel (but who doesn't?), see new places, and try new things.
I feel fortunate to have a profession that is challenging, rewarding, and touches the lives of so many young people.
Mission statement: To teach concepts in a creative and unique way that excite and motivate students to love learning.
Let's enjoy a wonderful year working together to make your child's third grade experience positive, rewarding, and successful.
